Our courses are a powerful starting point—but lasting change requires a structured journey that builds competency and behaviours over time. That is why we have developed our IBC (Inspiring Behavioural Change) Programmes, taking a uniquely different approach to embed a shared understanding of CDM, BSI, and green skills across organisations—while also reaching back to colleges, where future generations begin their journey into the industry.

This approach was designed because what has been done historically is not delivering the change the industry needs. A fragmented approach—where understanding sits at different levels and in different places—has created inconsistency and gaps in practice. What is required is shared learning and a unified understanding across all levels, bringing everyone onto the same page. This is how real, consistent behavioural change is achieved.

It is time for a shift within the construction and built environment. Change will not happen if understanding sits only with management or within parts of the workforce. Our programmes bring everyone together, creating consistency in behaviours, strengthening responsibility and accountability, and ensuring expectations are understood and applied in practice.

We have taken a two-route approach—supporting companies to embed change across their workforce today, while working with colleges to shape learners from the outset. If we want lasting change, we must influence both the current workforce and the next generation.

By doing this, we are responding directly to the increasing expectations of employers—developing more capable, work-ready individuals who understand responsibility, accountability, and consequences. The result is improved employability, reduced risk, and a workforce better equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
