We are looking to expand our approved affiliate partner network.

SSS Training Academy is looking to expand its network of Approved Affiliate Partners across the UK and internationally — bringing together training providers, workforce specialists, education organisations, consultants, employability providers, and industry-connected businesses that recognise the growing importance of competence, behaviour, accountability, communication, operational consistency, employability, and prevention of harm within modern workplaces.

Construction and the wider built environment remain the primary focus areas for SSS Training Academy, with our online courses and programmes already supporting organisations across these sectors alongside our expansion into utilities.

Through growing demand and wider workforce interest, SSS Training Academy is continuing to broaden its sector reach throughout 2026, including planned expansion across rail, facilities management (FM), manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and wider workforce development environments.

Alongside sector growth, we are also continuing to strengthen our work around behavioural awareness, workplace culture, digital culture, inclusion, employability, and ethnic minority workforce engagement across modern workplaces and communities.

Strengthening What You Already Do

Approved Affiliate Partners are often existing training providers, workforce specialists, education organisations, consultants, or industry-connected businesses already supporting employers across a wide range of sectors.

Our role is not to replace what partners already do successfully. It is to help strengthen and expand existing workforce conversations through professionally managed online courses and programmes focused on behavioural awareness, accountability, communication, operational consistency, workforce readiness, social value, and prevention of harm.

This allows partners to broaden their existing offer, strengthen client relationships, create additional commercial opportunities, and support wider organisational improvement conversations — without increasing operational workload or delivery pressures.

Everything is professionally managed online by SSS Training Academy, including learner onboarding, administration, course and programme delivery, certification, learner support, platform management, and operational coordination.

A Simple Role — By Design

Partners do not deliver training, manage learners, complete administration, organise certification, or provide operational delivery support.

Everything is managed online by SSS Training Academy, allowing Approved Affiliate Partners to focus on relationships, networking, organisational support, and helping employers access workforce development solutions that contribute towards stronger standards, improved behaviours, greater accountability, and safer, more responsible workplace environments over time.

Prevention of Harm
