My Allocations

The My Allocations section shows courses that have been purchased and assigned to you by your employer or organisation.

When an employer purchases courses on behalf of their workforce, they allocate them to individual learners. Once allocated, access is provided through your account, so you do not need to purchase the course yourself.

How allocated courses appear in your account

  • •You will receive an email containing a secure access link once a course has been allocated to you.
  • •If you are already registered, clicking the link will automatically add the course to your account and it will appear in My Learning.
  • •If you are not yet registered, the link will take you to the registration page. Once registration is complete, the allocated course will appear in My Learning.
  • •Once a course has been added to your account, it will be managed through My Learning like any other active course.

Note: If your employer has confirmed an allocation but the course does not appear after registration, please contact your employer or training administrator.

Organisations and Group Purchases

To purchase courses in bulk, organisations must register for an organisation account. Registration is completely free of charge.

Once registered, organisations will have access to a secure dashboard where they can:

  • View all courses purchased — complete overview of your training portfolio
  • See course licence availability — track how many licences are available for allocation
  • Allocate courses via email invitation — send course access directly to learners
  • Monitor learner progress — see when learners start and complete courses

This allows organisations to manage training efficiently and maintain clear records of learning activity across their workforce or learner groups.

Company Training Dashboard – Full Guidance

Your central control point for managing workforce training

The Company Training Dashboard is your central control point for managing and overseeing the training you have purchased for your workforce. From this dashboard, you can allocate courses to employees, monitor registration and engagement, and track progress and outcomes in real time.

The system is designed to give organisations clear visibility, accountability, and an auditable record of training activity across their business. All actions taken within the dashboard are recorded automatically, ensuring that allocation, participation, and completion data is accurate and traceable at all times.

1Bulk Course Purchases

When you purchase courses using the Bulk Purchase option, the seats you have bought will appear in the Bulk Purchases section of your dashboard.

This area provides a live overview of:

  • Courses purchased in bulk
  • Seats available and allocated
  • Live status for each allocated seat

2Allocating Courses to Employees

To allocate a course:

  1. 1Select the relevant bulk purchase and click Manage.
  2. 2Enter the employee's name and email address to assign a seat.

Once allocated, the employee will receive access to the course and will see it appear on their learner dashboard once they register.

3Revoke and Reallocate Courses

If a course has been allocated to the wrong individual, you can revoke the allocation and reassign the seat.

A course can be revoked only if it has not yet been claimed by the individual.

When revoked:

  • The seat is returned to your available bulk licences
  • The individual no longer has access to the course
  • The seat can be reallocated to another employee

Important: Once a course has been claimed or started, it can no longer be revoked.

4Training Status Definitions

Each course seat displays a clear status so you can easily understand where every individual is in the training process.

Available

The seat has been purchased but has not yet been allocated.

Allocated

The course has been assigned to a named individual and email address, but the individual has not yet registered.

Claimed

The individual has clicked the allocation link and completed registration. The course appears on their learner dashboard but has not yet been started.

Active

The individual has started the course content and is actively completing the training.

Pass

The individual has successfully completed and passed the course.

Fail

The individual has not yet met the required pass standard.

A fail status does not prevent continuation. The individual can return to the course, review feedback, and resubmit where required.

5Monitoring Progress and Outcomes

The dashboard allows employers to monitor training activity in real time, providing oversight of:

  • Seats awaiting allocation
  • Employees who have registered
  • Individuals actively completing training
  • Completed courses and outcomes

6Audit and Assurance

The dashboard creates a continuous audit trail of training activity, supporting internal governance, external assurance, and procurement or compliance requirements. All status changes and outcomes are recorded automatically, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the training lifecycle.

Discounts and Flash Sales

Bulk purchasing is available whether courses are discounted as part of standard pricing or accessed through Flash Sales.

Important: Discounted courses and Flash Sale codes operate separately and do not restrict bulk purchasing.

Invoices

An invoice is issued for all purchases and sent automatically to the registered email address. This applies to individual purchases, bulk purchases, and organisational accounts.
